Oh my God. This is both hilarious and sad.

I mean, I think it's just a joke to them, but you know someone's going to seriously think that it's truly racist against white people.

Not exactly. Corrine Brown still holds her seat (which borders his). His district was Cliff Stearns' district for the last 20-something years.They moved some of the borders but not very drastically. The area where I live is all sliced up between the 2 of them.
