3 ex-Penn State officials ordered to stand trial

HARRISBURG, Pa. -Penn State's ex-president and two former top school administrators were ordered Tuesday to stand trial on charges accusing them of a cover-up in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

Today was not a tragic day for Penn State. The tragic days occurred when young men were being abused and those who knew of it chose to protect the perpetrators and the university's image instead of the victims.

I find this EXCELLENT news!

From the stories/ rumors I have heard Spanier is a huge asshole anyhow. Not nearly as bad as covering up the abuse of children, obviously, but apparently he got pissed off when his son was chatting with a waiter (the waiter happened to be a fellow classmate of the son but you're not supposed to talk to ~the help~ or something) which only tells me that Spanier's priorities are all kinds of messed up.
