Found it. All of these sites are built from one codebase over at Conde Nast UK, and it looks to me like someone left the debugger flag on when publishing things this morning. Doesn't look like a hack to me, it looks like something that's usually left out during the publishing process. If it is a hack, then someone has managed to compromise Conde Nast's codebase, which is bad news.

Just a guess though, from a 10-minute code review.

FYI, they're using Raptorize.

It looks intentional to me, considering the Vogue code is slightly different and how it's calling specific images (or just one, in GQ's instance) from an array on the local server which follows their file architecture... but I could be wrong. :)
