Someone had it out for this kid for some reason. And the bully used the oldest tactic in the book, accused their victim of bullying.

Right. This school needs to get their priorities straight. I hope parents of bullied kids from this school come forward and say "hey, why didn't you do this to the people who bullied my child" because $10 says they've let bullies get away with shit.
