I will honestly be really surprised if it's anything but a straight, white, Christian, American male.

Actually in a literal sense I hope it's not merely a white male, I hope it's a white male ultra-fanatical Christian who's trying to do this to call attention to a Hutaree-style ideology. It's one of the only ways to get WASPs to take those fuckers seriously, as their shooting people in cold blood ain't enough.
