Thanks for this; I'd only heard about this through a friend of mine (native Lakota from the Standing Rock) and she was defending Cramer, although I'm not surprised considering her hate-on for the tribal council.

Yeah. I don't know much about the various Lakota reservations in North Dakota, though I've read a little/watched a few documentaries about the Pine Ridge reservation and its tragic and dysfunctional history.

It just infuriates me that someone like Cramer would have the gall to assert that passage of VAWA is a threat to white men everywhere, and not a necessary protection of the vulnerable. ughughgughgh.
