I so hope people aren't fooled by any changes in rhetoric that come out of the G.O.P. They need a sea change in bone-deep attitude before any of that will be real.

Priebus used a stunningly tone deaf analogy, saying that he would tell gay people about his own “great marriage” to his wife, with whom he sometimes disagrees.

If those "one or two things" weren't, you know, LGBT people having BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS, maybe we could embrace your message on the economy, education, and the military. We're not talking about flower colors or meal choices or other trivial shit here.
