I'm pretty sure that this is unconstitutional, since it ensures that you don't get one-man one-vote.

I feel like if you wanted to get rid of winner take all you could just base it on proportion of the overall vote. That would still help resemble one-man-one-vote and could possibly closer mimic the popular vote.

Cheating was the GOP's plan in 2012 too, only it backfired on them. I guess they want to cheat harder in 2016.

OMG, I hope this is prevented somehow. This isn't about elections anymore; it's about a hostile takeover of the country by people who want to turn it into a religious/police state. Smaller government? LOL
