"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" also comes from the Bible-- from Acts, as it happens. New testament book. The first Christians were pretty much Communists. So don't go spouting Christianity as a reason not to join a union.

This is one reason I'm leery of chains in general. The corporate parent can be good or even just okay, but the franchisee can be an asshole. And vice versa.

Panera is so expensive anymore!! It was ok when I was single but now I'm a family of three and I rarely eat there.
