An Oxnard middle school teacher’s bid to return to the classroom after she was fired for appearing in pornographic films has been struck down by the state Office of Administrative Hearings

i'm guessing her 'failure to be honest' during the investigation involved a lot of not opening up about her adult film work, and given the culture that we live in, i don't blame her. and i don't blame her for not being upfront about it when she applied for her teaching job, either. women who work in any part of the sex or adult entertainment industry are constantly shat on and talked over because of their work, but when they want to work in another field, they still can't catch a break. their other work is a ~dirty secret~ that some self-righteous asshat from the morality police feels the need to ~expose~ so they can be discredited, shamed, and fired. so. much. bullshit.
So teacher who was doing legal to support herself is not allowed back in the classroom but another teacher who allowed a rape to happen while in the room is not even fired.

man, all i can say is, when i am the benevolent dictator, teachers will be given a BONUS if it turns out they had a previous career in porn.

Oh I see, "her past." No doubt spoken in hushed tones because the shame of it all might be catching. You can never be too sure, y'know.
