that was on the ballot in my state (ohio) this past election and i voted for it but it lost anyway. :( (it would have created a board of like 4 republicans, 4 democrats and 2 independents to divide districts instead of the majority party in the state congress like it's done now.)

i'm so sad it failed, but the language was so complicated (for that very reason, i'm sure) that i'm definitely not surprised that it didn't end up passing.
