Administrating the EPA has got to be one of the most frustrating jobs out there, considering how often the EPA's actions ironicize its name. If you care about the EPA's nominal aims then you're going to meet huge resistance every step of the way; otherwise, you're just another instance of a g'ment position being filled by someone who has absolutely no place filling it.
