Uganda will officially pass the ‘Kill The Gays’ bill at the end of this year despite international criticism.
Speaker Rebecca Kadaga said the anti-gay bill will become law by December since most Ugandans ‘are demanding it’.
Referring to the law as a ‘Christmas gift’ to the population, she spoke of ‘the serious threat’ posed by homosexuals.

In seriousness: "how hard it is to live in Africa"? You do realize it's a continent, right? And thus has a huge breadth of different cultural and fiscal climates, yes?

I can accept criticism. And it is not my first ignorant comment :) So, I appreciate feedback.
I meant non-Arab Africa and not Southern African Republic. The most wealthy of these countries is steal more poor then Russia where I live. And, economically, it is hard to live in Russia if you are not in Moscow. Therefore, I can sympathize with Africans.
But also think that most people are good persons. The whole nation can't be so sociopaths to approve such barbaric laws, unless they are brainwashed. And the religion is the only suspect to blame except national traditions.
