No, but it'll still be a huge problem for gubernatorial/state senate and congress elections.

Salt Lake County will be the only county in the state that will appear even a little blue (Washington County may or may not this year, that remains to be seen). So either way, it won't hurt the Republicans.

The timing may smell fishy, but the methods themselves don't seem so.

Makes me wonder what the mechanism is for updating "So and so is now deceased" status.

I.e., is this something that never really propagates to the voter rolls?

I'd say that the timing and number of rolls purges does sound suspicious, but everything else seems legit. And tbh, with all the other voter suppression fuckery around the nation, I don't blame people for side-eying this too.
