I'm really surprised this is national news. I live in Maine very close to the area this woman is running in and I haven't heard anyone locally talking about it. At all. I guess the Republicans made a big deal but not with the people who will actually be voting for her or not.

i loved Colbert's commentary on this last night. His comparison's to candidates history of "trying to take over Africa from Europe" (Risk) and the Monopoly comment (i can't remember it exactly) were hilarious.

Every time this article pops up I continue to roll my eyes. I suppose people in the senate shouldn't enjoy any entertainment at all, because the risk of doing so would completely detach them from reality like the rest of the population!
