I don't know how it works in peru either, hence the maybe. I just can't think of any other way how he could become a citizen while behind bars, etc. Just because I can't think of them, obviously, doesn't mean they don't exist, it's just the only one I could think of.
So... this guy got conjugal visits, basically? I'm grossed out by the fact that this occurred, especially given that his crime was murdering a woman. This guy shouldn't get to see/touch a woman ever again.
Mm, I'm of two minds about this. Of course I feel like this guy should be kept as far away from women (and kids and dudes and generally everybody) as possible and this comes off as a total screw up by security, but does being a convicted murderer take away your right to have (what I assume is) consensual sex? I know ONTD_P is pretty split on whether being a criminal should take away your right to vote, but sex is a different matter.
