I love these video strategy sessions, it really does seem like the Obama campaign is a group effort and always has been.

It's another terrific campaign move, it really is. If the Obama campaign pull it off then politics geeks all over the world are going to be studying this campaign as a textbook example of DOING IT RIGHT.

Absolutely. And part of what drew me to him as a candidate initially is that running an effective campaign is a lot like running a government. You have to pick the right people for the jobs, and not just go on loyalty (I think this is really what sunk Clinton) but really select people who are the absolute best at what they do, who are innovative, and who will give you the best advice. And you have to be decisive when you've got advisers giving you conflicting advice, you have to pick one way and go with it. You have to lead a huge organization and inspire people to do their best work for you and be able to trust people and delegate effectively. Obama has run a masterful campaign and has excelled in all of these areas, which is also what I think will make him an amazing President.
