What really gets me about this kind of bullshit, more than how shaming and pathetic it is (I have worked customer service for eight years, I know people are shit) is just how RUDE they are. I don't expect people to act like human beings in private, but were none of these vicious idiots ever taught some damn manners? Even at twenty-four, I'd get a Gibbs-slap from my mother if I ever came out with such personal comments.
