i'm not either. he's got a bit too much charisma and his main competition for PM is an unflappable robot.

vote-splitting on the left is another problem

I'm torn on this one, because on one hand, more vote-splitting leading to another Harper term is my worst nightmare. On the other, I don't like the idea of Canada trending towards a polarised, two-party system. I like voters having more choices, not fewer.

If he's got the charisma to lead the Liberals to a strong opposition, or oust Harper entirely, I'm all for it. My personal political slogan: "(Almost) Anybody But Harper!"

lol that title with that photo has made my day. It's getting harder for me to distinguish the differences between the liberal party & the ndp. There were always a few of the old guys who still had more conservative leanings but if they're gone, I'm thinking the Libs will lean more left.
