I get how it was mocking her, but not how mocking a vice presidential candidate for being unable to name a newspaper isn't completely and utterly fair game.

Or maybe Couric was (understandably) upset that Palin said she was "annoying" during the interviews and subsequent editing.

After all, the journalist has final say in the editing process, not the on-site video editor AMIRITE?

I'd largely dismissed Katie Couric as irrelevant over the last, oh, decade, but she's won me over with her skewering of Palin. I'll always treasure her priceless looks of abject disbelief during the Palin interview. Oh, Katie. <3
