OMGG I just watched it. WHO ELSE SAW THE LOCHTE AND MAMA PHELPS HUG DURING THE HILTON HOTEL SEGMENT?!?! She like ruffled his hair, and then pulled him in for a hug but Lochte was totally all awkward. It was adorable! Phelps and Lochte are totally doing it, y/y?
