I have no tmi to share, but I just have to tell this; I was out last night and the dj played Muse's version of CTMEOOY and then Queen's Don't Stop Me Now and it was awesome :D :D cool story, me.
This isn't TMI, but EA isn't being very nice to me right now.
I just want to play the new DLC "Arrival" for Mass Effect 2.
They won't recognize my American Express Gift Card, and I see no reason of using my real credit card since I already have a gift card with money on it.
And all they're telling me is that I should use another card over and over.
I have spent entirely too much time going through my iTunes to clean out stuff I never listen to. I would have been finished last night, except I realized halfway through that iTunes wasn't deleting the files, just removing them from the library, which kind of defeats the purpose of the exercise. So then I had to tell iTune to move my library from one folder to another, delete everything left in the old folder, then move my library back.
In the meantime, I was on Amazon, buying new music and storing in the Cloud Player. That Cloud Player thing is kind of neat.
Final numbers, just because I'm a dork: Deleted 10.5GB of music, a total of 2186 songs. Deleted 17.7GB of podcasts, a total of 761 episodes Deleted a total of 28.3GB of stuff that I'll never listen to from my library. Downloaded 3 albums while I was working on this.
I have long been of the opinion that science needs to find a way for women to store their uteri (uteruseseses? whatever) in jars until we need them. Upon puberty, just take out the uterus, stick in a jar in a freezer, and then when the girl is ready to have kids, she can have it put back in. This would solve SO MANY problems. Teen pregnancy? Gone. Accidental pregnancy? No more! Horrible menstrual problems? Banished to Hades where they belong.
Clearly this is a flawless plan. I should win a Nobel prize for this idea. Science needs to get on this, now.
I have an Irish oral on Wednesday that I am in no way prepared for (despite learning the language for the past 14 years lol). So instead of planning answers on family, holidays, recession, the usuals etc, I translated random Muse songs into Irish. IT IS CONSTRUCTIVE.
