oop i am 2 lazy to make a tutorial (i am even too lazy to type out another reply so c/p-ing this hehe)

lolol i dont do them in a very speshul way. Most of it is using only HQ vids to make icons and the rest is playing around w/ the contrast/lightening/layers etc and keeping the frames short so i can keep the quality high while still keeping it under 40kb
