They have all these known deleted scenes...why not include them? Or hey? insert them back into the episodes and give us extended editions of episodes..

I have to think, they had no "box scene" at all. The one that was sold out to Klaine fans, was written espesially for that auction, lol, and the photos we've seen, were just promo shots.
