Oooo, those are my thoughts exactly. His head is just...huge, and weirdly shaped. And yeah, he's what they call a short in-seam. (Long wasted, short legged. My friend is like that. If her legs were in proportion to her torso, she'd be 6'2" instead of 5'5"...)
