I still strongly resent the Danish team for taking part in the DULLEST football match I have ever seen in my entire life.

The Danish National Team (as in the Danish FA) want to have image rights of the players. The players want to have their own individual rights and not with the teams. Their contract ran out a couple of weeks ago and both the players and the Danish FA have failed to come to new terms ( ... )

Eto'o talking about Pep

Samuel Eto’o on his relationship with Pep Guardiola. He wasn’t tiptoeing around the subject or giving one of those PR-dressed answers. He came to give Pep free smoke, without mincing words or pandering to the issue. Brutally honest and straight to the point. pic.twitter.com/ACsNw5ahuI

Tbh I don't see the point of talking about it so many years later, but his candid answers are funny

All the 55 countries classified as UEFA have been divided into groups, from group A - D.

Each country plays each other in their group like a round robin.

The countries who fall into the last two places (?) get dropped into a lower group. The countries who do well in their groups (lower than group A) move up a group. It's there to cut down on meaningless friendlies, and to make each qualifying game mean something. Also, it tries to avoid the crazy mismatch ups for European competition (for Euros, for example) like say, Germany vs San Marino.

I think this overview is clear
