He doesn't seem to be able to reach younger players (who don't respond to fear, especially since with their agents they can move if they don't like their club - or stay, train and still collect money). I think in a lot of ways, football is passing Mourinho by.

It is his 3rd season so we know how 3rd seasons go for him.

Yeah, but Mourinho was grumpy from the second season. I mean, he's just not enjoying the game - and it's not as if he's managing Burnley, you know? Like, you know when you sign up for manchester united, you have to do the preseason tours overseas. That you have to have a showing in the ICC and the rest of it. I mean, if you didn't like the conditions, don't sign.
