I'm glad Lukaku started well. He always gets a lot of criticism for some reason. His qualities are always doubted.

Deserved ban for Crispy. Whether you're Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi or Fabregas or Jonjo Shelvey, pushing a referee is completely out of bounds.

I will always remember Michael Oliver sending off Di Maria for touching him. This is even worse.
