What's your budget? My daily go-to mascara is a non-waterproof Mac, which is pretty good, IMO. For special occasions, I use a cheaper mascara, lol. This one, by Loreal, which is so waterproof that sometimes makeup remover wipes don't work.

(Although, sometimes I might push it to four). I'd prefer not to spend more than £15, but if it's good (and remember, I'm wearing mascara every day, so it's pence per wear), I can be persuaded to pay more. The L'oreal mascaras make my eyelashes sticky, as if there's glue. I've had to return a few because they didn't suit my eyes at all. But I'll have a look out for that one.

So far, I do dig the DHC tube mascara (it slides off your lashes with warm water, because it encloses them in tubes) but I have to send away for that one and the shipping is excessive.

Have you tried the Maybelline Colossal mascara? It's pretty decent for daily wear and it costs around £6.99 (it might be cheaper on Amazon). I used to wear it every day but I stopped because I was able to get a better curl with the Mac and Loreal mascaras.

Ah... no. I must admit, like you, I do like the curl. My lashes tend to stick straight out, which is one of the reasons why I lean hard on waterproof mascara. It does hold the curl. I don't use lash curlers because it's another step in a busy morning, tbh.

That's a lot of money for such a strange dress. It's like... a McMansion's wedding dress. Does that make sense?

It's not just you, I think it's a very tacky dress in general. I dunno, Mrs. Xhaka just screams generic WAG to me.

By itself, the dress has so many lovely details - the beadwork, the bodice, the train... but all together, it's too much.

Great move for him and for the academy. Plus, it's nice that our captains are retiring instead of ditching us for other teams/Barca. Hope we can win at least the EL in his last season.

Well - Germany agreed to gay marriage. There was the "Germany won it all - weekend" and now Hamburg is burning with the idiots claiming to protest the G-20 meeting. Absurd it may be, but those people are no political protesters, they are just idiots.

Other than that my week was very busy. And my eggplant died of unknown causes. Meh :(
