Someone I know's daughter was at the Iceland-England match. There were strict security controls even before they boarded the shuttle bus, then at the beginning of a fifteen-minute walk to the stadium (through a corridor of armed police and military) and again at the stadium. She felt very, very safe.

i like the french nt and i wanted iceland to go far since before the euros lol so tonight idek......... France will be far more devastated to go out to Iceland than Iceland to France in the quarter finals i'm sure but yeah. rooting for both kinda. depends on how they sing the hymns ~

Lol, same. On one hand, I want Antoine, Olli and Lolo and the rest of France to do well, but on the other hand, I've really liked Iceland (and their arrogance, lol) in this tourney.
