I thought I liked that Arsenal away shirt, but it looks appalling when they start sweating. The pundits are finally starting to accept that maybe Walcott scores goals, on the evidence that he keeps scoring goals, and maybe Wenger's decision to play him in goal scoring positions has something to do with all the goals he scores in those positions. He's not even quite as glass ankled as some of the other Arsenal players, despite being out injured for so long.

I didn't see the Real match but it sounded frustrating.

Mainz played really well until the first goal and then it was a bit game over.

City is a strange case. Kompany gets loads of criticism sometimes but when he isn't there, it's hardy great. Touré is a world class player but I do think he is not consistent enough. He's not the youngest anymore either.

As for Chelsea; every luck and the good Hazard they had at the end of last season deserted them and now it's a struggle. I wonder when Mourinho will manage to turn the tide.

Schurrle - used 2 be at Leverkeusen until he heard the siren cal of Mou and went off to warm up Chelsea's bench. Came back to Bundesliga via Wolfsburg. Only knows to move one way and that's towards the net. Was the one who assisted Gotze's WC winning goal.

Also I like how when I check Facebook it has a report on German players that reads "Schweinsteiger ascends to the top, Podolski scores a goal." As though that itself is newsworthy and je suis depressed at that.
