Thanks for the articles!
I've been so busy that I'm completely out of the loop.
Mou was good all throughout the season without having one month that was insanely good, I guess.

Stop trying to make Götze happen Pep!!!!!

FML never has a Mean Girls quote been so relevant.

ITS FOOTBALL DAY TODAY YAY!!! My first full match in about a month, although I watched a bit of CL earlier this week... Anyway I'm excited!

OP - how can you hate clothes shopping and in the same breath be considering an IKEA trip?! I swear if IKEA delivery costs were reasonable I would be ecstatic because wandering through the whole of IKEA is hell. At least with clothes shopping it can all be done online with no hassle?

I do have a dilemma though - do I purchase a Hummels 2014/2015 shirt now?! I mean if he leaves in summer I will hate myself (probably) for missing the chance... But then if he stays, I can get a 2015/2016 shirt instead. I have my Reus shirt so if he leaves (please god no) I can still cry into that at least.

lmao, i dislike Götze but the whole thing about people being angry he was happily talking to his friend ter Stegen after the match was as OTT as people being angry at Özil for changing shirts with another player at half time

I think Mesut comes off worse there, but I get the die hard Bayern fans would be pissed at any of their players laughing after such a thrashing by the opposition. Anyway it is all OTT reactions, but football is like a soap opera anyway!

I do think the over-defence of Götze in my eyes is a bit telling... But whatever you know my thoughts and any excuse to quote Mean Girls is a bonus for my day!

Ugh, clothes shopping is terrible because I'm a stone too heavy all around, and the aesthetic I like, I have the wrong body shape for (I'm a pear, and my aesthetic suits long and lean- even if I were two stone lighter I still couldn't have that long and lean aesthetic). Also, the only shop I love shopping at is uniqlo, and I have to gird my loins and travel to London to shop, because there isn't everything I can order online and hope that it fits, you know? Long story short, I'm back on the 5:2 diet and I'll have to be on it for the rest of my life because the other things (chub rub, not being able to wear cute crop tops, having to buy more fabric and yarn for my DIY clothing projects) is not going to fly ( ... )

Fellaini says the other day Van Gaal fined 10 players who were 1 MINUTE late for LUNCH (and he fines them for red cards and bad fouls) ...

Don't quote me- but I think one of the changes LvG brought in is that everyone needs to have lunch together (in terms of building camaraderie), as well as forcing the Spanish speakers to speak English (they have lessons). LvG has a touch of the boarding school master about him, you know?

Nottingham Forest have Benik Afobe, a former Arsenal kid! He was on loan at MK Dons and then Arsenal sold him to Forest. He has more than 30 goals this season!

I really hope we have a buy-back clause in his contract.

Interesting article about Brazil Serie A (but Palmeiras could be one of the dark horses. hahahahah ok then). One correction, though, the matches are usually on Sunday afternoon, and I haven't heard about experimenting games in the morning, so this is weird. The public transport is usually a problem on week-day matches because they start around 21:45. But, well, the public transport itself is another story because it is simply awful in most cities. In São Paulo, at least, the mayor came up with the "night bus lines", which operate from midnight to 4:00 in the morning ( ... )
