with absolute gems such as : "My own favourites in this format are Danny Murphy, whose wise words are given depth by a slightly unnerving air, the look of a man who might suddenly announce that he spent three days walking to the studio from Anglesey and would anyone like to buy a bag of meat. And Martin Keown, who looks sad and brave, like a man giving an urgent, heartfelt funeral oration for a much-loved family gerbil."
have never been a fan of Henry & even less after reading this fab article about France's 2010 WC implosion, so the schadenfreude levels are enormous for me lol.

http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/why-sky-sports-are-danger-ruining-winning-formula#comment_anchor A good piece from Four Four Two, surmising that Sky Sports won over viewers with the insightful punditry of less-flashy players Neville and Carragher, but are now in danger of losing the viewers they had won over by emphasizing profile over punditry with the signing of Titi, a prolific footballer revered by loads but whose punditry skills were somewhat dubious when he signed with Sky.
As a side note, allow me to fawn a little over Lee Dixon's underrated punditry skills. He is a clever summarizer, and his self deprecating humor when playing the part of color commentator is totally adorkable.

Very nice article, thanks!
I don't have Lee Dixon much because I know he does for NBC and we usually get Sky coverage here but I listened to him during the Crystal Palace and Burnley games and he was very good indeed!
