What does chicken littleing mean?

I'm a Bayern fan, but I'm actually pretty neutral toward Chelsea (despite the final that I still can't bring myself to rewatch or even think about in more detail than it happened...). I dislike Real Madrid more tbh.

It's from a fable about a chicken who'd tell people that the sky was falling, and people dismissed it. It's shorthand for overreacting to a situation and calling it doom and gloom when really it's no such thing.
