They're saying that there might be a hold up?

The Guardian is saying no? Wolfsburg have a figure that they aren't prepared to go over.

I'm actually kind of satisfied how Arsenal have handled this transfer window. No unnecessary purchases (lmao sounds like I'm talking about inanimate objects), no unhappy departures, and overall it has been fine. It's not that I even expected them to go crazy with this, but you never know with Arsenal. :D

Hugo Lloris Targeted by Arsenal!

Honestly, I would love if it he came to us but I'm quite sure Daniel Levy and El Poch are doing everything they can to keep him at WHL.

Here's one that'll worry Atletico fans. the4thjuliek February 2 2015, 11:39:22 UTC
Paging peiro. From the Guardian:

Ooooo, look at this juicy quote from Arda Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut. Poor Atlético. He’s such a crucial player for them.

“At the end of the season, Arda Turan will be 28, it is the right time for a transfer. That’s what we think. The transfer should be made to one of the top eight teams in Europe. If not, no.”

Who are the top eight teams in Europe? I’ve had a stab, in no particular order.

Real Madrid
Barcelona
Atlético Madrid
Bayern Munich
PSG
Chelsea
Manchester City
Juventus

Good grief. He's playing first team minutes at Atletico, they are in CL, have won prizes and considered one of the most exciting teams in recent years. On top of that, they're getting some serious investment/money. Seriously, at the moment, it can't get any better for him.

Lol, a gaffe on the Guardian's part, not mine. I think they didn't include United because they're not in the CL + shade on their lucky streak of wins.

We got Kampl but idk, I'm not sure he is gonna be our saviour somehow, although he's slotted in well to the team really quickly. We do need strikers who can actually finish while Reus gets back to full match fitness, I'm sure if we weren't in such a shit position we may have put in for Schürrle.
