If all leagues would equally divide their money, almost all English club would be in the top 20.
The EPL gets an insane amount of money in tv deals compared to other leagues. They do have that right of course but that also only enhances the difference between the PL and all the other leagues. The drop off after the big 5 is insane. That means that small leagues just become feeders for the big ones. They already lose all their talents because the money in the EPL is so much better and then you get some loan players or the ones who have proven that they are not good enough.
