I just read this week that Basti had taken off Sarah's name of his boots. That last picture is from last summer. I think that they are actually genuinely over.

Qatar has so much money that they hardly know what to do with it. I guess developing football talent is what it is. I don't know how I feel about them taking over basically all football.
I mean they bought Eupen, they bring in 10 African and Arabic players, which I don't really mind. But what happens to the local lads in what used to be a local club? Eupen is a small community and up until a few years ago it had a public made up of family and friends of players. They are not Manchester City that attracts players but also fans from all over the world, last year Eupen had an average home public of 2000. It doesn't sound like the place to develop the new Messi or Ronaldo, I'm afraid.

Nothing would surprise me less than Basti & Sarah being over. We'll have to see if the new gf goes on the boots, or maybe he'll be more cautious about displaying things like that. I'm also not surprised that Manu has a new gf. I've been waiting for that for a year or two.

True although we haven't officially seen Manu's girlfriend. I'm already curious about the end of season dinner :p

Me too! Although one of my favorite bits - with any club - is seeing the photos of the single men who've shown up as a group. Always amusing.

The Bundesliga matches start in about two weeks but Dortmund are playing a friendly today

it should be available to stream on their website, in about 3 hours or so

It is the intense second person fiction that get me, but play on players. They are learning to use language in a way that gives them pleasure, I can't hate.

i don't think i've ever read anything in 2nd person that wasn't embarassing.

It's tumblr, yo. I think they'd be better off migrating to livejournal and having one of those friend comms or summat.

But yeah, I hate 2 person myself. I've read one or two fics that made it bearable, but only just.

"Emre Can. I don't know why people don't metaphorically scream and throw knickers at him more."

I, for one, metaphorically scream and throw my knickers at him when he's on!! Ahhh, and he just turned 21 a few days ago. <3 (Right when I'm turning 22 in a few days. Bastard. At least the age gap isn't that wide.) And for the love of all things that are good, Studge, please do not get injured this time!
