Nice round up OP jesscp December 3 2014, 11:06:20 UTC
Totally missed the Liverpool game last night, but I bet you're happy with the result OP? I was ready to watch but I got a new TV yesterday and BT Sport has decided to stop fucking working :( so I need to work out how to fix it!

I don't really have too much to add - Schalke can go burn in the fucking pits of hell apart from Beni who I have a not-so-secret rival crush on.

Big question of the day - will Poldi start tonight?!??

Cheers for the complement on the post. I really wanted to post that Alberto Moreno picture, but you can't have a post with just one picture, can you? Or can you?

I get that the posts aren't everyone's cup of tea, because they tend to be picture laden - but if I can't enjoy myself whilst posting... :P

I skulk around on streams, and watch my matches on a screen that's 12x18cms. No shame ( ... )

I personally love picture posts! I think it's good for those posters who don't get to watch every match either, plus I am still a child and prefer pictures to loads of words! Moreno seems a total cutie, he looks much younger than he is and I'm not much older than him ( ... )

Dude, I did the picture post so I could post Moreno. I wish I could have found a picture of Manquillo, too. I have #noshame. Besides, December matches are the most exciting. You have teams that come into December on the top of the table, and run into January mid table. Giant killers, everyone.

Call BT sport. If you're paying all that money for the service, you have the right to yank their shell like and say, "Listen..."

Yeah, Rodgers must have gotten an epiphany because he's making choices and he substituted Moreno for Manquilloat half time Oh MY DAYS AS I LIVE AND BREATHE- because he'd either sub at the 80th minute (da fugg) or not sub at all up to last week.

Yeah, Wenger needs to either play Poldi or let him go. Poldi is at the stage where he needs a run and first team football. Again, the whole notion of probably mid team action in the PL might suffice. Might not have the gloss of a top club in the league, but if you can get first team football in a demanding league, what is not to like?

I'm glad that Atletico acted against their so-called fans who thought that murdering someone is okay if it's in the name of football.

I find the stevie g discussion a bit tiring. I know that he is a legend but I think it's time that they start lookinc at the future and it seems to me that he is getting in the way of that because BR is afraid of not playing him.

I'm glad benteke scored again.

He's a part of the furniture in some ways, and has papered the cracks of a lot of coaches in others. Gerrard has earned the right to go for glory, I think people are just polishing their articles of note when the inevitable happens. I'd rather him go to Inter than any team in the MLS though.

Nice post, OP!

I quite enjoyed Real Madrid's match yesterday. Yes, it was a goal fest but it was nice to see the youngsters, youth academy grads and subs get a chance to be there on the pitch. SMH at Navas' exclusion, though. Also, it's time for Arbeloa to retire.

Very pleased with Liverpool's win! I didn't watch the match fully (had the United game on instead) but I'm glad the guys got a good result against Leicester who, despite their last place, are a beast of a team! Stoke were really great as well and deserved a draw over a loss, tbh and they had a stunner of a goal.

Excellent picture of bearded Welsh Prince, thanks for that :D I like Southampton very much but Arsenal need a win so not today, Satan Saints.

Hoping that Harry Kane baffles the fuck out of Chelsea and I will be rooting for the Spurs today.

Poor Chicha. He's so good and he wished Real Madrid bought him but LBR, they need defenders not more midfielders/forwards.

In the PL all teams are beasts, man jazzypom December 3 2014, 11:59:53 UTC
In some ways the games are difficult, because it's expected that you play to the ninety minutes. Leicester showed the hell up.

Chicha will find a team, but it might not be the one with the gloss of Real Madrid or the profile of Manchester United, but he'll find a team. Sunderland are crying for strikers who can score goals right now, but I have a feeling that Chicha might not come back to the PL. No te occupes I'm sure that he might have some interest in La Liga - but if he weren't opposed to the PL, Sunderland would take a punt ( ... )

To be fair, it was Pacheco, our third-choice, who played in his place. I think it was just a one-time thing. I wanna see Navas succeed as much as possible so I hope we go all the way to the Copa del Rey final. Heh.

Hmm, I wouldn't say the Stoke game was that hard fought, they didn't really do anything until the last ten minutes. That was our fault though, as with the Arsenal game, we haven't been able to kill off games. If either of RVP, Felli or Wilson had scored their chances it would've been more like the Hull game imo.

Still, under Moyes it would have been utter defensive collapse and we would've conceded those late challenges. Hell, even earlier this season we maybe only would have played well until half time, so progress I guess. It's a confidence builder, if nothing else.

So the scoreland flatters the result, then? Well, little steps. I support Liverpool, and my house is broken glass windows at the mo, and the glazier is fresh out...

lol kinda. I get the assumption though, there's been games enough this season for both of us ha ha. Just need to create more chances and not miss the easy ones, but hell, you could say that for most clubs atm I suppose.

i didn't get to watch the RM game but i'm happy for the babies! they did good. James scored two goals with a brilliant backheel assist from Chicha on the second one. I'm so happy for them! also, good for Jese.

and i saw that the 2nd goal for Man Utd. was scored from bb Juan's indirect free-kick! I love it! not here for Rojo taking the credit though.

that is a nice photo of Welsh Prince. thank you, OP ;)

P.S. what's with the post after this one though? i don't want to click on it because it might be a virus

Looks like a spam advert for a betting site (I assume it's shady because normal ones don't need to spam random blogs). Hopefully a maintainer sees it soon and disposes of it and bans the poster.

took me a while to decide whether it was a bot or just a foreign language poster

anybody who uses fb to access LJ instead of just making a LJ account is suspicious tbh
