Jogi says he is staying.

Jul 23, 2014 14:45

In an interview with the DFB (German Football Association for the newbies) he assured fans and members that he wants to fulfill his contract and stay with the team until 2016.
There have been speculations about him leaving after Lahm already announced his retirement from the National team. Seems they were unfounded.
To the Euros with Jogi it is!

Okay, Germany got the Cup this time so it's alright. But I really hope Kloppo takes over in two years.

Winning gave him some breathing room. Not a lot of people calling for his head now.

i'm pretty happy about this bc philipp's retirement left me vulnerable and i can't handle losing more people

With the WC win, the pressure has lessened a bit.
I don't mind him staying, he did well this World Cup. I can't really think of anyone who could replace him right now either.

On to the Euros!
