I would just have tryouts in training. each person who wants to do it take 5 or 10. whoever gets the most is most likely to get picked. Let the most current stats do the talking. Of course this wouldn't work unless your gk was up to par though.

Uh, with Schalke everyone (aka only Klaas and those who scored their pens during Supercup) did their penalties this season, which I am VERY HAPPY about.

Unfortunately with Braunschweig it happened just last week when Kumbela missed what could bring us our first victory since a few weeks -_-

Mostly penalties are a case of luck anyway, so I wouldn't change the standard pen-taker after just one miss. But after the second one I'd think about it.
