Little question, when a play goes on loan does the team they're on loan to pay their wages?

Not usually, but I'm hoping this is the case with Joe Cole. I read somewhere that Valencia have to pay Sergio Canales's wages whilst he's there, and that's the only case I know of so far where the loaners don't pay the wages.

BTW I am not too happy with how Aquilani is called a 'kop flop' yet Joe Cole is a 'misfit'.

TBF I think tht's more because Joe Cole has actually played pretty well at Chelsea and he's proved he can play at the EPL level whereas Aquilani was untested in the EPL before he went to LFC ... hence Joe's a misfit in the LFC set up whereas Aquilani was a flop in the EPL
