Used the n-word, said there was no such thing as "Black British" (I guess to him if you're not white, you're not British, no matter what your passport says), just the usual crap. People like this never have anything original to say. There are caps from some of his tweets linked at the bottom of the post now (I think the OP edited the post).

This is lovely! I'll be studying in Norwich next year (just got admitted today!) and I know admittedly little about their club; I was hoping to learn more about them and find a reason to support them. Talk about a great first impression. Good on them!

right, exactly! that's why this is so cool -- the club is showing that they won't allow their reputation to be sullied by asshats and racists. i'm sorry; my comment was meant to be sincere and not sarcastic. (apparently i'm not good at that.)

i feel like there's a special circle of hell for people who racially abuse their own team's players... not that shouting things at opponents is any less disgraceful, but it really does show how deep racism runs.

Hnng, my comment didn't load fkjghdf

But yeah it is pretty disgusting. Like I would have never even known about it had I not been snooping around in this Chelsea forum. A chelsea fan on the forum, that also was there, said when the players were walking passed a crowed after the Wigen game and some guy was racially abusing Kalou. Drogba got angry and confronted him and the guy started arguing with him too.

However when I looked at reports, most of it was stuff like "Chelsea fan gets into fight with Drogba" or "Didier Goes Crazy On His Own Fans"

No problem! I wanted to see exactly what caused the investigation because one tweet didn't seem so terrible (not that what he said wasn't terrible, because it certainly was, but that one tweet itself didn't seem like a big enough case), but he just goes on and on...and on.

it sucks, because no one casually reading the news should have to see his disgusting ignorance, but then there are all these comments on articles about this story saying, "how do we know he was really being racist if we don't know exactly what he said?" smh.
