Nope it's true. They even released a statement saying they have no plans to take it down because it fits into Gary Cook's masterplan to make City a global brand.

All the City fans I know hate it.

I thought it couldn't be real but it is. The club won't even listen to their own fans who think it's against all their beliefs. What this article is asking people to do is why City fans hate Utd fans. This writer has pretty much contradicted their beliefs on their official site.
