When it's football season here he's on our news every week, having a chat to the sports presenter. I had some respect for him before this, it evaporated pretty damn quick *lol*

yeah but he isn't in the papers in england. He's kind of a showboat who likes attention and he did this to get attention in england. I highly doubt that with everything that is going on in aussie land they give 2 shits about Torres, js. Either way he is helping a charity and doing good but still no one cares about his thoughts on Torresgate. A reporter needed to make deadline and was lazy.
I don't think it's ridiculous at all - it's a charity thing and he's having a laugh.
That article doesn't use his full quotes either - he said it's "a shirt Liverpool fans would rather not wear just yet" and that Torres is a world class player and it's disappointing to see him go.
Anyway, can we stop with the constant Torres posts now, it's getting boring.
judas just said that in time he thinks liverpool fans will understand what he did. haaaaaaaaaaaaaa. good luck with that one you backstabbing chav. we'll hate you just as much as we do now forever.
tbh nothing can be added to it now. there's no going back and there's no decreasing the hate levels. if he doesn't know that yet he will soon. the shit he was coming out with will introduce many people's lunches to the floor. he's such a twat.
Stay classy Mr Fowler... :/ Personally I think this is ridiculous
Wearing his shirt in protest is classier than burning it
Why is it ridiculous? The point of the charity is to wear a shirt of someone you hate ... he hates Torres for what he did to his old club, so him wearing the shirt got some money to charity, he didn´t have to wear a different club´s shirt and he got to voice his hate of the waty Torres treated LFC
I'm not saying the charity aspect of it is ridiculous, the fact he wore a Liverpool shirt is, regardless of who's name is on the back. To me (and as he said, basically) it is the front of the shirt that matters.
