Okay, these product pictures make the packaging look swanker than the releases I saw a few weeks ago. I'm excited again, especially for all the Maleficent stuff.

Also, I've been lusting after the Urban Decay Naked palette for a while. Hurry up and come to canada plx

From puberty, there has not been a time that I have not had acne. I've tried so much crap to fix it and it never works. I get so much criticism from some family members about how awful my skin looks sometimes, and admonitions that "You're gonna get scars if you don't do something!" Like it's something I just don't care about and it never occurred to me to try to clear up my complexion. Ugh.

I have one cleanser from Avalon Organics that calms it down a little bit, but it solves nothing overall.

Lately I've been playing with mineral powder makeups (everyday minerals)to cover up. A lot of the time, my skin winds up looking clearer after a day of makeup use than not. Idgi.

Like Proactiv, uuugh.

If only I had a nickel for every time I heard "Why don't you just go on Proactiv?" I could probably afford to actually see a dermatologist.

To be honest, I've wondered for a while if I might just have rosacea. Either that or a dairy allergy, which would be the worst because I'd more or less starve without dairy.

I'm so excited for this.

Even when I was a little girl I always thought the villains were cooler than the protagonists.

Same. I tended to root for the villain, especially if the protagonists annoyed me. I totally favored Scar over Simba and Mufasa. Brain over brawn!

Scar was the fucking shit. I was so sad when he died. =(

I love this. My mom has been calling me Maleficent since like, birth so I'm pretty pumped for this.

What an ominous thing to call a child...

Luckily I haven't quite lived up to the nickname.

I'd worry to think of a child behaving in all seriousness like Maleficent, even if she is badass. XD
