( This is old news on the internet so I feel awkward posting it now, but I figured an ontd community is really the best place for my portrait of Gul Dukat. )

It is rather accurate! I was just watching "Cardassians" today, and there are some camera angles on Dukat that make his neck appear supernaturally long and thin.
