If you’re a fan of both Syfy’s hit series "Warehouse 13" and Joss Whedon’s cancelled-before-its-time space western "Firefly," then there’s a treat in store for you.

The second season of "Warehouse 13" will feature not one, but two stars from "Firefly" in a guest appearance no Whedonite would want to miss.

Jewel Staite and Sean Maher, who played Kaylee Frye and Dr. Simon Tam respectively on "Firefly," will both appear as guest stars in the Season 2 episode of "Warehouse 13," “Mild Mannered.” Much like on "Firefly," these two actors will portray characters who share an unrequited love of sorts.

In the episode, Maher plays a shy guy who gets exposed to a dangerous object that changes him physically, while Staite plays the unknowing object of his affection.

To those not as familiar with the Syfy series, "Warehouse 13" is a dramedy that centers on two Secret Service agents played by Eddie McClintock and Joanne Kelly who work in a secret facility in the Dakotas that houses countless historical - albeit, supernatural - artifacts.

The series managed to receive the highest ratings ever for Syfy last season, pulling in 4.1 million viewers.

"Warehouse 13" also stars Saul Rubinek and Allison Scagliotti. The second season premieres July 13 on Syfy.
