I think she may have meant the single rather than the whole album. There's no way September could happen.

Yeah, if she knows what she's talking about at all, as opposed to just speculating, she could only mean his single comes out in September. And, yes, Adam has said publicly that his album is scheduled for November. He definitely said that on Seacrest's show.
