I DON'T WATCH AUDITIONS EITHER, BB! i cannot stand the "bad" auditions and don't find them even remotely funny. i hate watching awkward people be made into a laughingstock. makes me cringe!

Yes!!! The secondhand embarrassment is awful! And I know at least half of the people are attention whores, but some of them are legitimately clueless (bordering on mentally challenged) and it's just terrible to get their hopes up like that! :(

and here's the thing (tm kara)... the audition round is like a crazy-long, insanely hellish process. so these people have been given the green light from a bunch of other producers/people before they even get to simon and the three stooges. WHICH MAKES THE WHOLE THING THAT MUCH MORE INFURIATING! so much hate.
