So far I find all of their reasoning/excuses for Chezza's departure to be suspect.

Honestly, I think that they found that Cheryl and Simon's chemistry was at odds with Paula and Simon's and since the Paula and Simon schtick is what American audiences are used to, that's what the producers wanted to favor.

My thoughts exactly...I read something about how Paula was ~gracious the first taping of the XFactor and let Cheryl sit next to Simon. Guess that chemistry didn't work out.

Wish they didn't replace her with Nicole...better replacement would be someone like...well idk who in this moment....but um...someone with actual talent?!
